He began his career in the insurance industry upon graduating from The University of Mississippi. After four years with Allstate Insurance Company, he pursued a future in healthcare and enrolled in the Physical Therapy program at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. After graduation, he relocated to Chattanooga to work as a Physical Therapist. He treated patients in multiple settings and assumed numerous leadership roles before founding a medical staffing company and a multi-site Physical Therapy practice. He joined Erlanger Health System in 2015 as the Lead Executive directing Orthopedic services.
